In short: the app is free, supported by ads, and is a study aid for writing and practising English for
SSC, HSC, Dakhil and Alim — use it alongside your textbooks and teachers.

1. Acceptance
- By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি ও প্রাইভেসি পলিসিতে সম্মত বলে গণ্য হবেন।
2. What the app provides
- Writing guides with model answers: Paragraph, Composition, Letter, Application, Dialogue, E-mail, CV, Graph & Chart, Punctuation and Completing Story — including a tool that fills a model answer with a topic you choose.
- Practice: sentence building, spelling test, reading comprehension, vocabulary flashcards, dictation, pronunciation practice, a mistake notebook and a timed model test.
- Study tools: daily goal and streak, progress charts, exam countdown, an optional daily reminder, favourites, search, text size, dark mode and a Bangla / English interface.
- The lessons and practice work offline. All features are free.

3. Educational use and accuracy
- The lessons, model answers and questions are prepared with care as a learning aid. They are not an official publication of NCTB, any education board or any examination authority.
- Model answers created with “use your own topic” are general templates. For better marks, read them carefully and add sentences of your own.
- Despite our efforts, mistakes may remain. The content is provided “as is”. If you find an error, please tell us and we will check and correct it.
- Quiz, model test, dictation and pronunciation scores are for self-assessment only and do not predict results in any real examination. Pronunciation checking depends on your phone's speech recognition and may not always be accurate.

4. Intellectual property
- The lessons, model answers, questions, translations, app design, name and icon belong to Tech Easy Life.
- You may use the app and its content for your own personal study, and share individual answers with classmates for study using the app's share button. You may not copy the content in bulk, re-upload, sell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app without written permission.

অনুমতি ছাড়া কনটেন্ট একসাথে কপি, পুনরায় আপলোড, বিক্রি, বিতরণ, কিংবা অ্যাপ ডিকম্পাইল বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
5. Advertising
- The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. We keep them limited, at natural moments and never during a quiz or model test, but we do not control the content of individual ads.
- If you see an inappropriate ad, tap the ad's information icon to report it, or tell us.

6. Internet and availability
- The app uses your internet connection to load ads and for Google Play services, and pronunciation checking may need it. Your mobile operator's data charges may apply.
- We may add, update or remove content, and features may change in updates. We are not responsible for losses caused by such changes.
7. External links
- Links to Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and the Play Store open third-party services governed by their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties, and the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use — including results of exams or decisions based on its content.
9. Changes and governing law
- These Terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
