The adhan plays only a short part when the app is closed
- iOS plays at most about 30 seconds of sound for any notification — this is an iOS rule for every app. The full adhan plays when you tap the notification and the app opens.
- Check that the Ring/Silent switch (or Action button) is not on Silent, and that no Focus mode is blocking the app.

Reminders are not arriving
- Allow notifications: iOS Settings → Notifications → নামাজ শিক্ষা → Allow Notifications.
- Check the reminders you want are on inside the app (Settings → Notifications).
- iOS lets an app keep only a limited number of upcoming reminders, so the app schedules the next few days at a time. Open the app at least once every few days to keep the schedule filled.

Prayer times differ from my mosque
- Choose the correct place (tap the location on the home screen) and the calculation method and Asr method your mosque follows.
- A difference of a few minutes between methods is normal. When in doubt, follow your local mosque or your country's official timetable.
সঠিক জায়গা, হিসাবের পদ্ধতি ও আসরের মাযহাব বেছে নিন। পদ্ধতিভেদে কয়েক মিনিটের পার্থক্য স্বাভাবিক — সন্দেহে স্থানীয় মসজিদকে অগ্রাধিকার দিন।
Location, Qibla and nearby mosques
- The app works without location — just pick your district or city.
- To change location access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → নামাজ শিক্ষা. For exact mosque distances, turn on Precise Location.
- For an accurate Qibla, hold the device flat, away from metal and magnets; if asked, move it in a figure-of-eight to calibrate the compass.
অবস্থান ছাড়াও অ্যাপ চলে — জেলা বা শহর বেছে নিন। মসজিদের নিখুঁত দূরত্বের জন্য Precise Location চালু রাখুন। কিবলার জন্য ফোন সমতলে, ধাতু থেকে দূরে রাখুন।
Moving to a new iPhone (backup and restore)
- If you use iCloud Backup or Quick Start, your app data usually moves with the device backup.
- Or, in the app, open আরও → ব্যাকআপ ও রিস্টোর → ব্যাকআপ নিন, save the file to Files or iCloud Drive, and on the new device choose ব্যাকআপ থেকে ফিরিয়ে আনুন.
iCloud ব্যাকআপে সাধারণত অ্যাপের তথ্যও যায়। অথবা অ্যাপের আরও → ব্যাকআপ ও রিস্টোর থেকে ফাইল বানিয়ে Files/iCloud Drive-এ রাখুন, নতুন ফোনে ফিরিয়ে আনুন।
Deleting your data
- Everything the app saves is on your device. Delete the app (touch and hold the icon → Remove App → Delete App) to erase it all. “Offload App” keeps your data.
- To remove a mosque you proposed, or for any other request, email us — see the Privacy Policy, section 10.
সব তথ্য আপনার ফোনেই — অ্যাপ "Delete App" করলে সব মুছে যায়। প্রস্তাব করা মসজিদ মুছতে ইমেইল করুন।
Report wrong or offensive content
- Found a mistake in a verse, hadith, dua or prayer time, or a wrong or offensive mosque entry? Email us with the screen name and details. Offensive mosque entries are removed promptly, normally within 48 hours.
আয়াত, হাদিস, দুআ বা নামাজের সময়ে ভুল, কিংবা ভুল/আপত্তিকর মসজিদের নাম পেলে ইমেইলে জানান — আপত্তিকর মসজিদ সাধারণত ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সরানো হয়।
