In short: the app is free, has no ads and no purchases, and is a learning aid. For religious rulings, always give
precedence to a qualified scholar. These terms are between you and the developer — not Apple.

1. Agreement
- These Terms of Use apply to the app “Namaz Shikkha, Quran & Hadith” (the “App”) downloaded from the Apple App Store. By downloading or using the App you accept them.
- The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your licence is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA and do not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; where they would, Apple's terms prevail.
- The App is completely free for personal and educational use. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

2. Scope of the licence
- You receive a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded iPhone or iPad that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing.
- You may not copy (except as the Usage Rules allow), modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Religious content and accuracy
- The content has been prepared carefully on the basis of the Quran and authentic hadith, with the reference shown alongside. It is a learning aid only — it is not a substitute for a fatwa from a qualified scholar or mufti.
- Despite our best care, unintentional mistakes may remain. If you find an error, tell us — we will verify and correct it.

4. Prayer times, adhan and reminders
- Prayer times are derived by astronomical calculation, based on your location, the calculation method you choose and precaution (ihtiyat) minutes. They can differ by a few minutes between localities and methods. If in doubt, give precedence to your local mosque or your country's official timetable (in Bangladesh, the Islamic Foundation Bangladesh timetable).
- For fasting, Eid and moon sighting, the final decision rests with the moon-sighting authority of your country (in Bangladesh, the National Moon Sighting Committee).
- Reminders are delivered by iOS. iOS plays at most about 30 seconds of a notification sound, so a full adhan is played only inside the App; Silent mode, Focus, Low Power Mode or turned-off notifications can silence or delay reminders. Please do not rely on the App as your only way to know that a prayer time has started.

রিমাইন্ডার নাও বাজতে পারে — শুধু অ্যাপের ওপর নির্ভর করবেন না।
5. Your data and backups
- Your settings, bookmarks, notes and tracker data are stored only on your own device — see the Privacy Policy (iPhone & iPad).
- Deleting the App or changing devices can lose that data unless it is in your own iCloud/device backup or a backup file you created in the App. Keeping backups is your own responsibility.

6. Third-party content and services
- The Quran text, translations, hadith books and recitation audio are downloaded from public sources listed on the Sources & Licences page. We are not responsible if one of those sources is temporarily unavailable or differs from another edition.
- Google Maps: the “Nearby mosques” page includes Google Maps features and content — a Google map, nearby mosques found using Google Places, and directions in Google Maps. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the (1) Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and (2) Google Privacy Policy.
- When using the App you must comply with any third-party terms that apply to you, for example your mobile carrier's data-plan terms when downloading content.

7. Nearby mosques information
- The mosque list comes from OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps, Google and contributions from users, so a mosque may be missing or details may be out of date. Distance and direction are approximate and depend on your device's location and compass accuracy. Please verify a mosque's location locally.
- When walking or travelling there, follow traffic rules and keep yourself safe — do not watch the screen while moving.
মসজিদের তালিকা অসম্পূর্ণ বা পুরোনো হতে পারে; দূরত্ব ও দিক আনুমানিক। পথ চলার সময় ট্রাফিক আইন মেনে নিজের নিরাপত্তার দিকে খেয়াল রাখুন।
8. Adding a mosque — rules for user submissions
- Use “There is a mosque here — add it” only for a real mosque or eidgah, while you are actually there, with an accurate and respectful name.
- No objectionable content: offensive, abusive, hateful, sexual, false, advertising or promotional names are not allowed. There is zero tolerance for such content.
- Filtering: every submission is reviewed by the admin before anyone else can see it, and may be edited or rejected. Approved mosques appear in every user's list.
- Reporting: to report a wrong or offensive mosque entry, email support@duetrack.bd with the mosque name and area. We review reports and remove violating content promptly, normally within 48 hours.
- Blocking: misuse, such as repeated fake or offensive submissions, leads to adding mosques being blocked from that device.
- By submitting a mosque you allow its name and location to be shown and used in the App's mosque list.
কেবল সত্যিকারের মসজিদ/ঈদগাহ, সেখানে দাঁড়িয়ে, সঠিক ও সম্মানজনক নামে যোগ করুন। আপত্তিকর, মিথ্যা বা বিজ্ঞাপনী নাম একেবারেই চলবে না।
প্রতিটি প্রস্তাব অ্যাডমিন যাচাই করার পরই অন্যরা দেখতে পান। ভুল বা আপত্তিকর মসজিদের খবর ইমেইলে জানান — সাধারণত ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সরানো হয়।
অপব্যবহারে সেই ফোন থেকে মসজিদ যোগ বন্ধ করা হয়।
9. Content rights
- Rights in the Arabic Quran text, the translations, the hadith translations and the recitations belong to their respective publishers, translators and reciters; every source and licence is listed on the Sources & Licences page. We claim no ownership of them.
- The App's own writing (prayer walkthroughs, masail, guides, stories, quiz) is original work, © 2026 Tech Easy Life. It may not be republished commercially without permission.
- If you hold rights in any content and would like it credited differently or removed, write to support@duetrack.bd — we will act promptly.

10. Warranty and limitation of liability
- The App is provided “as is”, to assist worship and learning; its use is at your own discretion.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any loss or decision arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of your country.
অ্যাপটি "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া; আইনের অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত অ্যাপ ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য ডেভেলপার দায়ী নয়।
11. Terms required by Apple
- Acknowledgement: these terms are concluded between you and the developer only, not with Apple. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Maintenance and support: the developer alone is responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, as stated on the Support page or required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
- Warranty: the developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; the App is free, so this amount is zero. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the developer's sole responsibility.
- Product claims: the developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property: if a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal compliance: you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary: you and the developer acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and that, upon your acceptance of them, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
